Expert Tips
- To make extra-large ice cubes, fill 5-oz paper cups each with 1/4 cup water. Freeze until solid. Cut or tear paper cup to release ice cube.
- What does muddle mean? When mixing cocktails, herbs and/or fruit are often mashed or ground--muddled--in the bottom of a glass or cocktail shaker before adding the liquid ingredients to intensify their flavors. You can muddle with a spoon or a pestle-like tool called a muddler.
