A refreshing dessert, perfect on hot summer days.

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 250 gr sugar
  • 125 gr food starch
  • 4 yolks
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 50 gr butter

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


Boil the milk, and in the meantime beat the yolks together with the sugar, after 2 minutes add the starch and the 2 teaspoons of essence, and after mixing them well add a cup of boiled milk. We put the obtained composition over the milk left in the pan on the fire, we add the butter and we stir continuously until it starts to bubble.
